ANKIT AGGARWAL
Founder & DirectorAnkit has a bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering and a master's degree in management from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom. Before re-opening Bistro 57 in 2015, he had started several ventures in the food industry. His strengths are menu management and people management. The man who is dedicated towards making Bistro 57 a success venture.
SIDDHARTH GUPTA
DirectorSiddharth graduated from Delhi University after attending Delhi Public School. He has worked for India's largest window brand Fenesta and served as General Manager at Grand plaza restaurant. He strives for perfection in whatever he does, whether it's outlet design or food presentation. With his sharp skills and experience, Bistro 57 outlets sport a fresh new look and feel.
